  4. 4Eggs
  5. 1Zest of Lemon
  6. 1 tspBaking Powder

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix til combined.

  2. 2

    Pour into cake tin and bake at 160* for 20-25mins.

  3. 3

    Cool cake, slice in half and fill with whipped cream
