Ingredients

  1. 1 kgLean Lamb cubed
  2. 4 cloveGarlic sliced
  3. 3 cloveRoot Ginger
  4. 1 tsp5 spice powder
  5. 6 tbspSoy Sauce
  6. 3 tbspDry Sherry
  7. 6Spring onions
  8. 2 1/2 cupBeef Stock
  9. 1/4 cupBrown Sugar
  10. 1Red & Green Pepper diced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place Lamb in saucepan, sprinkle with garlic & ginger, 5 spice powder, Soy sauce & Sherry. Mix well.

    Chop spring onion and sprinkle over lamb. Mix brown sugar with stock & pour over lamb.

    Bring to boil, cover & simmer 1 to 11/4 hours until meat tender. Remove lid and increase heat to reduce sauce until thick

    Sprinkle over diced peppers
