Cut the chicken into large bite-sized pieces.

Chop the curry base finely.

Add chicken and ☆ ingredients in a Ziploc bag.

Seal the bag and rub in a little.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken over medium heat on both sides. Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
