1 tspcapers (opt)

1 tspred wine vinegar
3 tbsplemon juice
1/4 tspred pepper flakes, ground
1 1/2 cupoil ( veg or blend)
1 dashsalt and pepper

place first 6 ingredients in food processor

process and then slowly add oil until thick like mayo
3

while still processing add avocados and remaining ingredients. don't over mix. process just until smooth.
