I received pickled samphire/sea asparagus as a gift.

Steps

Spread out the pork slices. Powder lightly with flour. Wrap around the pickles, then season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Pan-fry the pork wraps with the seam side down.

Add white wine. It's ready to eat when the pork is cooked thoroughly.
- 4
*I used pickled samphire (made in Hawaii).
