  • 500 gramsPork spare ribs
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 2 tbspShredded root ginger
  • 1 cloveGarlic sliced
  • 2Spring onions chopped
  • 4 cupBeef stock
  • 2Tomatoes diced.
  • 250 gramsBean sprouts

15 mins
  1. 1

    Cut spare ribs into bite size pieces

  2. 2

    Heat oil, add spare ribs & fry 5 min

  3. 3

    Add ginger, garlic & spring onions cook 2 min

  4. 4

    Add stock & bring to boil. Cover & simmer 1 hour or until tender

  5. 5

    Add remaining ingredients & cook 1 min
