  1. 500 gramsPork spare ribs
  2. 1 tbspOil
  3. 2 tbspShredded root ginger
  4. 1 cloveGarlic sliced
  5. 2Spring onions chopped
  6. 4 cupBeef stock
  7. 2Tomatoes diced.
  8. 250 gramsBean sprouts

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Cut spare ribs into bite size pieces

  2. 2

    Heat oil, add spare ribs & fry 5 min

  3. 3

    Add ginger, garlic & spring onions cook 2 min

  4. 4

    Add stock & bring to boil. Cover & simmer 1 hour or until tender

  5. 5

    Add remaining ingredients & cook 1 min
