Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 piecesrohu fish
  2. 1/2onion (grinded into paste)
  3. 1/2ginger garlic paste
  4. 1.5 tablespoonhung curd
  5. 1 tablespooncashew raisins paste
  6. 1 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  7. 1/2 teaspoonwhole sahi jeera
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  10. 1 tablespoonfried onion slices
  11. To tastesalt
  12. As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and marinate the fish with salt

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a work fry the fish well from both sides and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Now add oil in the pan and temper the sahi jeera and bay leaf.

  4. 4

    Make a micture of all the paste except cashew raisins paste,in the curd.

  5. 5

    Add this into the wok and saute adding salt.

  6. 6

    As the raw smell goes away, add cashew raisins paste and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add coconut milk and bring it to boil.

  8. 8

    Add the fried fish and cover for 5-6 minutes.

  9. 9

    Finally sprinkle fried onion slices and garam masala powder.

  10. 10

    Fish korma is ready to be served.
