Steps

Wash and marinate the fish with salt

Heat oil in a work fry the fish well from both sides and keep aside.

Now add oil in the pan and temper the sahi jeera and bay leaf.

Make a micture of all the paste except cashew raisins paste,in the curd.

Add this into the wok and saute adding salt.

As the raw smell goes away, add cashew raisins paste and mix well.

Add coconut milk and bring it to boil.

Add the fried fish and cover for 5-6 minutes.

Finally sprinkle fried onion slices and garam masala powder.

Fish korma is ready to be served.
