In a pan,heat the milk and butter.Let the butter to melt

In a bowl,mix in the sieved flour,yeast,vanilla essences and the orange zest.

Let the butter and milk mixture to cool.

Add in the milk and butter into the dry ingredients mixture.

Knead in properly to activate the yeast.

Prepare the bowl by oiling it.You may use the vegetable oil

Make the dough into a round shape.

Place the dough into the oiled bowl and cover it with a dump kitchen cloth

Let the dough to relax and proof for 30-45 minutes

Divide the dough into 2 portions.

Roll each portion into ribbon-like shape

Braid the two dough-ribbons together, creating a designated hole for the egg

Place the eggs into the designed hole

Allow the dough to relax again,letting it to proof

Put it in a preheated oven

Bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes
