Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 10Bourbon biscuits
  3. 1/4 cupSugar
  4. 1/2 cupWater
  5. 1 tspCardamom
  6. 5 tbspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté wheat flour with ghee

  2. 2

    In wheat flour add little beat water

  3. 3

    Add powdered Bourbon biscuits and little sugar

  4. 4

    Add cardamom powder and mix for a little beat

  5. 5

    Fry dry fruits in ghee and keep it aside

  6. 6

    Add dry fruits to the halwa

  7. 7

    The halwa is yummy with little beat chocalaty taste
