Steps

Wash the leaves, cut in to small sizes, cut all the vegetables in small size

In a kadhai take some mustard oil add raw mustard seeds 1tsp to it

When oil heated add chopped onion and dry chilli and fry till onions get soft, then add all the vegetables, salt, haldi powder and cover it.

When all the vegetables half done add Palak leaves and fry all.

Lastly add crushed fried urad dal badis and serve
