make slits on the body of the fish

now rub salt and turmeric on the body of the fish

keep aside for 5 mins

mix together in a blender shallot, garlic chillies cinnamon and tomato half to make a thick coarse mixture

now rub the spice mix on the body of the fish, both sides

allow it to soak as much of the spice falvours for 10 mins

now heat oil in a pan and fry both sides such that the spicy blend is all soaked into the slits of the fish and gets lightly coated

garnish the fry with coriander and lime
