  1. 1 1/2 lbChicken breast halves
  2. 1 tspPepper
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1 lbPotatoes, quartered
  5. 12 ozFresh spinach
  6. 1 cupChopped onion
  7. 1 canCream of celery

  1. 1

    Preheat broiler. Baking sheet with aluminum. Sprinkle ckn w/s & p. broil for 10 min, 6 inches from heat

  2. 2

    Arrange potatoes, top with spinach & onion. Cover w/half soup. Add chicken. Cover w last of soup.

  3. 3

    Cover cook low heat 5-6 hours.
