Preheat ocen to 200 °C

Chop coriander leaves and stalks separately. Chop chili. Press garlic. Mix everything for the sauce and pour over the fish.

Let fish rest while the rice boils.

Lay out the rice on a baking tray and place fish on rice. Pour leftover sauce over fish and rice if you want.

Bake for 15 to 25 minutes.
