Steps

Take besan in a bowl add salt oil soda red chilli powder make dough with the help of water

Take little dough in the palm fill mixture of dry fruits

Make drop shape of it

Now heat water in a pan add curd and oil when boiled drop Govind gatta

When floating on the water remove and keep aside water will be used leter

Heat oil and deep fry

Remove extra oil from the kadai add cumin seeds fennel seeds ajwain and heeng

Add regular masale like haldi powder red chilli powder dhaniya powder garam masala powder salt along with 1 TBS besan 1 TBS water and fry till oil get sapreted

Add curd and tomato paste and fry

Add water boil for 5 minutes

Add Govind gatta simmer for 2 minutes.....

Ready to serve garnish with fresh chopped coriander
