Steps

Soak wheat overnight and drain the water hang it in a cloth let it sprout, grind to fine paste.

Strain and use the milkof wheat,heat it on slow flame,when it starts boiling add ghee and cook again till it thickens and changes colour
- 3
Add jaggery and cook it ghee separates add dry fruits,can be stored for a week serve hot.
