I learnt this recipe from mother in law. This is a tasty delight , easy to prepare when you are in a hurry or very hungry.

I learnt this recipe from mother in law. This is a tasty delight , easy to prepare when you are in a hurry or very hungry.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients except turmeric and the tadka items along with water to dosa consistency.

Make a tadka of oil mustard,jeera and turmeric

Add to batter

Mix well
- 5
Pour the batter on a hot tawa, apply oil on sides and cook on low flame till it becomes golden brown

Flip on the other side and cook till done. Serve as it is or along with pickle or chutney
