Take a pan or kadai heavy from the bottom.

Now pour the milk in it and let it boil.

After boiling the milk put the vermicelli in it..stirr it continously so that it does not get burn from the bottom..

When vermicelli is cooked and milk gets thickened add sugar or condensed milk.mix it well.

Now add half tspn cinnamon powder in it.mix it so that all combined well.

Now remove it from the heat.

For dry fruits..take a pan and add ghee in it.

Put all the dry fruits and roast it.

When it becomes brown in colour..spread all the roasted dryfruits on the Payassam.

Serve it hot or chilled.
