Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesGraham Cracker Crust ( bought in grocery or can make your own)
  2. 16 ozof Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) (2 x 8oz pkgs)
  3. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 2 tsplemon juice
  6. 2 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1 smallcontainer of Cool Whip (500ml)
  8. 4 cupfrozen field berries (slightly thawed, can use fresh if preferred and any type of fruit)

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, and salt until smooth and fluffy. ( My sister in law swears by doing this by hand with a wooden spoon but you can use a blender. ;) )

  2. 2

    Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.

  3. 3

    Stir in cool whip and berries. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour into graham cracker crust.

  5. 5

    Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours. (Overnight is better, will set and firm up a little more)

    Enjoy! :)
