Hmmm nothing to report…other than I always have a lot of coconut cream on hand for making non dairy CREAMi ice cream…and it’s summer so in my pursuit of alchoholic beverages - I just want a pina colada on hand. I found this recipe when I was looking for cream of coconut recipes. My family really liked it and it is easy to prepare. If you can’t find coconut cream pudding use vanilla.
