Ingredients

8 servings

1 packagesGraham Cracker Crust ( bought in grocery or can make your own)
16 ozof Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) (2 x 8oz pkgs)
1/2 cupwhite sugar
1/4 tspsalt
2 tsplemon juice
2 tspvanilla extract
1 smallcontainer of Cool Whip (500ml)
4 cupfrozen field berries (slightly thawed, can use fresh if preferred and any type of fruit)

Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, and salt until smooth and fluffy. ( My sister in law swears by doing this by hand with a wooden spoon but you can use a blender. ;) )

Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.

Stir in cool whip and berries. Mix well.

Pour into graham cracker crust.

Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours. (Overnight is better, will set and firm up a little more)
