Steps

In a mixer, add peel garlic, chopped tomatoes, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon,cloves, bay leaf adding some water and grind it.

Cut mushroom into medium pieces and soak in a water and take it.

Heat a pan add oil, add cumin, onion saute for a minute add ground paste to the pan, add turmeric, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder add 1/2 cup water cook it

Add mushroom cook till the mushroom get soft.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapaties..
