Ingredients

  1. 3 eachegg
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupcorn syrup
  4. 1/2 cupbutter
  5. 1/4 cupchopped pecans
  6. 1 tspvanilla
  7. 1 eachunbaked pie shell

Cooking Instructions

    heat oven at 375

  2. 2

    beat eggs s slightly in a 2 quart bowl; stir in sugar, corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla

  3. 3

    stir in pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell

  4. 4

    bake near center of oven 35 - 40 minutes or until filling is slightly firm

  5. 5

    pie will become more firm when cool
