Easy Poppy Seed Tilapia

Ingredients

  1. 6tilapia filets
  2. 1bottle poppy seed dressing
  3. 2 tbspparsley
  4. 1 tspground white pepper
  5. 1 tsponion powder
  6. 1 tsppoppy seeds
  7. 1sea salt
  8. 1EVOO; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate fish in poppy seed dressing for up to 8 hours, depending on acidic content from citric acid or vinegar. Reserve enough dressing to glaze the filets during cooking.

    Rinse and pat dry. Drizzle EVOO over the filets. Season with onion powder, pepper, and salt.

    Bake at 400° for approximately 4-5 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145° and flesh is opaque.

    Garnish with parsley and poppy seeds.

    Variations; Lime, lemon, tarragon, caramelized onions or shallots, roasted bell peppers, sesame seeds, other dressings
