get a dish 3cm deep, 26cm x 16cm (base), on the bottom put in baking paper, layer it with tennis biscuits. take the frozen crunchies still in their packaging, wrap it in a dish cloth and beat the bars into fine pieces with a hard object. with the mixer, whisk condensed milk and cream until it is thick, now stir in the crunchies. pour the crunchie cream mixture into the dish. layer again with tennis biscuits. freeze overnight. remove from fridge & cut into blocks.
