Mild Teriyaki Hamburger Steak

I played around with a burger recipe to suit the tastes of my teriyaki-loving family.

The dissolved katakuriko will sink to the bottom of the sauce, so mix the sauce up once more before adding the burgers to the frying pan.

Ingredients

2 servings

4 tbspWater
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspMirin
1heaping teaspoon Sugar
1 tspKatakuriko
2※ Hamburgers

Steps

Mix together all of the ingredients.

When the hamburgers are grilled, blot off excess oil, coat them in the sauce from Step 1, quickly transfer to a frying pan, and agitate the pan while cooking.

When the sauce thickens, it's done.

Sandwich between buns for teriyaki burgers.
