Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspOlive Oil
  2. 1 dashSalt + Pepper
  3. 4 slicePanchetta or Bacon
  4. 3 cloveGarlic
  5. 1 smallOnion
  6. 5 smallCherry Tomatoes
  7. 100 gramsSpinach Leaves
  8. 1 mediumZuccini
  9. 1 largeBocconcini Mozzarella Ball
  10. 2 cupTasty Cheese
  11. 150 mlThickened Cream
  12. 250 gramsSmall Spiral or Penne Pasta

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook pasta in medium pot about 5-8 mins, can be still a bit hard and drain when done, put aside for later

  2. 2

    Heat up a large fry pan or wok and add the olive oil

  3. 3

    Chop garlic and onion and ad to the oil fry 3-5 mins and ad cubed Panchetta fry together around another 5 mins

  4. 4

    Cut zuccini and cherry tomatoes in medium cubes and ad to the pan. Cook for about 5 -10 mins

  5. 5

    Turn heat off wok, ad pasta and spinach and mix all together. Then put in medium baking dish

  6. 6

    Cut up the Bocconcini ball in medium cubes or roughly tear with fingers,,, sprinkle over pasta mix in the baking dish

  7. 7

    Preheat oven 150°F

  8. 8

    Heat up small pot, ad thickened Cream and tasty Cheese stir until it mixed together ad salt + pepper

  9. 9

    Pour cream cheese sauce over the pasta and put in oven for around 15-20 mins

  10. 10

    Enjoy ;)
