Steps

Chop onion and press garlic. Skin and cut potatoes into 1/2 " strips.

Cook breakfast sausage until no longer pink. Set aside.

Saute onion and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes.

Pour water and both beef bouillons into pot until it boils.

Place potatoes in pot for about 10-15 min until easily pierced with a fork.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place spinach in pot to allow it to wilt.

Pour in milk and mix sour cream. Simmer for a few minutes. Enjoy!

Cook bacon until crispy. Chop up and place in soup for garnish before serving.
