  1. 1Shallot
  2. 250 gramsRed plums
  3. 50 gramsDemerara sugar
  4. 300 mlBeef stock
  5. 1 tbspolive oil
  6. 50 mlRed wine

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the shallot and chunk the plums

  2. 2

    Fry the chopped shallot until softened, then add the plums and sugar

  3. 3

    Allow sugar to melt before adding beef stock and wine. Let simmer for 15 minutes
