Ingredients

  1. 1 loafFrench bread
  2. 1 lbthinly slice deli meat of your choosing (I used a garlic pepper turkey)
  3. 1 smallonion, sliced thinly (I used a sweet white onion but a red onion would be fantastic!)
  4. 1 smalltomato, sliced
  5. 1mayonnaise
  6. 1spicy brown mustard
  7. 1pesto
  8. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  9. 1nonstick cooking spray
  10. 1 dashcracked black pepper
  11. 1 dashMrs. Dash table seasoning
  12. 4 slicecheese of your choice

    Plug in panini press, or turn skillet on medium heat.

  2. 2

    On cutting board take two slices of bread and brush oil on one side, then flip.

  3. 3

    Next you'll spread your mayonnaise, mustard and pesto on the side of the bread with no oil on it, on both slices.

  4. 4

    After you've finished with that you'll want to put your cheese on. I used mozzarella and provolone putting one of each on both pieces of bread.

  5. 5

    Layer turkey, tomato and onion on one slice of bread.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle a dash of your seasonings over the meat and veggies.

  7. 7

    Now when your panini press is warm spray nonstick spray on it.

  8. 8

    Then put the slice of bread with all the meat on the press, then slap the top part on and close the press.

  9. 9

    Cook until golden and cheese is melted!

  10. 10

    Serve warm!
