Steps

Sock rice & each dal separately for 6 hourswith some fengruck seeds.

After 6 hours grind them little roughly &add salt.keep aside for 7_8 hours.

After 7_8 hours your better is ready for dhokla.

Now in a deep pan add water.for boiling.in better u add chilli ginger paste.mix well.pour a better in dish.sprinkle some black pepper.steam for 15 _20 minutes. dhokla is ready

Cut them in pieces.in pan add oil.with some mustard seeds &seasome.after fluttered add dhokla.garnished with coriander.. served with gren chatny.
