Collect all the ingredients at one place.Heat up the oven at 180 degree.Sift the flours with baking soda.

Grease the baking tin.

Mix oil and curd.

Add ginger chilli paste and vegetables.

Now add flours.

Consistency of the batter should not be too thin.Water can be added if it is too thick.

Keep the batter for 10 min then pour it into the cake tin,sprinkle flax seeds and bake it.

When cool temper it with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Serve and have it too.
