Steps

Chopped the cauliflower,potatoes,carrots and peas and boiled it.

Mashed boiled veggies with the masher.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin when crackle add finely chopped capsicum and onion and saute it.

Till change in colour add chopped tomato and spices saute till leave the oil.

Now add mashed veggies and some water mix well cook on low flame for 15 -20 minutes.

Add lemon juice and green coriander.

Serve with pav/chapati/ parantha.
