1Raw mango cut in cubes
2 tbspFinely chopped onion
1 tspGrated ginger
1Garlic cloves
1/4 tspRai/black mustard seeds
1/2 cupRaisins
1 tbspLemon juice
1 cupSugar
1/2 cupWater

Steps

50 mins

Heat sugar water and lemon juice in a pan.

Cook till sugar dissolves

Add all above listed ingredients in the sugar syrup.

Cook in a low flame.

Stir occasionally till it thickness and water drives out.

A finger leaking chutney ready to eat.
