Steps

Boil 2 cups water add few drops of clarified butter and add the Vermicelli and cook for 2 mins. Now strain vermicelli and allow it to cool.

Once the Vermicelli is cooled..add curd, milk, honey, Semolina, Vanilla essence, mashed banana and clarified butter..Mix well and allow the mixture to rest for 30 to 45 mins. Then add cardamom powder and mix well.

Heat the pan and put a laddle full of batter and shallow fry pancakes with minimum use of clarified butter from both sides untill it's golden brown.

Saute banana pieces in clarified butter for 1 min.. And add as a topping on pancake.. Also pour some honey and add choco chips and serve these fluffy and yummy sugar free pancakes 😋😍
