Firstly crumble the idlis.now heat some oil in a wok add the tadkha items,green chillies, red chillies,curry leaves,ginger,peas,finely chopped onions and carrots and fry them nicely.now add turmeric powder, crumbled idlis,salt and give a nice mix. Atlast add coriander and serve it.
