Ingredients

30 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 1 1/2 cupvermicelli, Roast in a 1 tsp of ghee for 5-6 minutes
  • 2-3slit green chilies
  • 1Onion sliced
  • 1 inchginger chopped
  • 3/4 cupgrated Raw mango
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2mustard seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededCurry leaves (optional)
  • 5-6Cashews (optional)
  • 1/4 tspturmeric

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil 4 cups of water and add the vermicelli along with 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp oil.

  2. 2

    Once the vermicelli is cooked turn off heat.

  3. 3

    Drain completely and pour cold water over it and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Heat oil add mustard seeds let them splutter add onion, curry leave saute.

  5. 5

    Add green chilies, ginger add grated Raw mango and saute on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add salt and boiled vermicelli mix well cook for 5 min heat off.

  7. 7

    Garnish with raw mango juliennes.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
