Gather the spices

Mix the liquids

Slice the pork

Add the pork to a ziploc bag and add the spices.

Add the liquid mixture to the pork in the bag remove all air and seal the bag. Let it get to room temperature. About an hour or so.

Heat a wok or pan get it very hot. Add the oil let it get hot. Then add the pork it should really sizzle when you add to the hot wok or pan.

Stir constantly cooking it evenly. Add the vegetables

Mix the cornstarch and water

Liquids should form from vegetables. Form a crater in the center and allow to boil.

Add the cornstarch solution and stir constantly till thickened coating everything in wok.
