Ingredients

4eggs(boiled and cut into 4 pieces)
1/2 tspsaunf
1sprig curry leaves
2medium sized onions
1green chilli
1 pinchturmeric powder
1/2 tspchilli powder
1/2 tsppepper powder
1/2 tspcurry powder

Steps

To the pan add 2 tbsp of oil and add snauf, curry leaves, onions (fry the onions till it is translucent) add all the spice powders as mentioned above

Add the boiled eggs and mix well. Serve hot with roti
