Collect all ingredients at one place to make pancake.

Mix carrot,corn and chopped spring onion into flour.

Make a thick batter by adding water.

Mix all spices,salt and chopped coriander.

Heat up the non stick griddle and spread the batter
- 6
Drizzle 1 tbsp of ghee and fry it on both sides.

Serve it hot sprinkling some mint masaala over it.
