To coarsely powdered oats add wheat flour, rice flour and carrot and churn again in mixer jar, so that everything is mixed and carrot in powdered into flour mix. flour mix turns slight moist and orange in colour.

Take a bowl add above flour mix add salt, seasoning and curd and make a thick batter, add little water if needed.

Add chopped onion and capsicum and mix well.

Lastly add baking soda and mix properly.

Chop cheese cube into small pieces (1 small cube into 12 pieces)

Heat ape pan (round holes mould) on slow flame and grease with ghee.

Pour batter in each hole, stuff each with small cheese cube and mix with spoon so cheese goes inside batter. (batter will puff up so fill 3/4 only)

Cover with lid and let it cook for 5-8 minutes.

Take a greased small spoon and flip over bombs and cook from other side. keep flame on slow to cook evenly

You are done, serve hot with dip of choice.
