Steps

Take pan and pour oil and heat it

Add slit green chilli and raw mango pieces mix it well and soft

Add coriander powder,garam masala,Red chilli powder,Turmeric powder,anni seeds (souf) and salt mix it well and cover with lid for 5 min

After mango become soft add sugar and mix well

After melt sugar off the flame keep it a side
- 6
After 2 hrs enjoy sweet and spicy delicious raw mango pickle
- 7
NOTE: it's use 1 week only not more than that.
