First wash and grate a raw mango

Now in a mixi add chana dal,2 green chilli and ginger and grind it.

Do not make a finepaste.make coarse.

Now mix grind chana dal and kairi.

Heat a kadhai and add oil,mustard seed,hing,2 cut green chillies and haldi powder and spread this tadka on mixed chana dal and raw mango.Add salt as per taste.Mix it well.

Your delicious Kairichi Vatli dal is ready to eat.
