Ingredients

  1. 1 kgPatla Karela
  2. 2Onion finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cupOil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. to tasteRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspDhaniya powder
  7. 1 tspKitchen king masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wash karela and dry it completely.

  2. 2

    Cut the ends of karela and chop them in thin roundels.

  3. 3

    Add oil in kadai...add karela and onion in it.

  4. 4

    Cook till karela turns brown...takes 20-25 min.

  5. 5

    Add all the masalas and mix well.

  6. 6

    Cook it for 10 min.

  7. 7

    Ready hai Karela sabji..simple and healthy...serve with roti.
