Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsPudina
  2. 1/2 cupFresh dhaniya
  3. 3 tbspCurd
  4. 1/2 cupSugar
  5. to tasteBlack salt
  6. 3-4Garlic cloves(optional)
  7. 1 tspJeera bhuna powder
  8. 2Green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash pudina and dhaniya.Put in a grinder along with rest of the ingredients except curd and grind to a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Take out in a bowl.Whip curd and add to the chutney and mix.
