Steps

Peel and cut the mango into cubes/ slices

Heat a pan and add oil,temper the mustard seeds

Add mango cubes and saute adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover it for a while to get the cubes soft

As the mango cubes become soft add sugar and mix well.

Add water to desired consistency and give it a good boil
- 7
The sweet and sour mango chutney is ready to serve
