Mix almonds with milk and meera essence blend and leave aside!

In a pot heat the oil and fry all garam masala ! Then add mutton and fry for 6 minutes !!

Then add nutmeg powder and mace powder cardamom powder and curd to mutton and mix almond paste then again fry for 25 minutes till the time mutton gets tender add two cup of water.

After mutton got cooked properly add the one cup fried onions and little kewda essence and two cups of water let it boiled for another 6 minutes!! Then add garam masalaand garnish with green coriander leaves and fried almonds
