Ingredients

To make carrot dosa :
2 cups rice
2 cupscarrot
1 cupcoconut
8-10red chillies
1 tbspLemon sized tamarind
2 teaspooncoriander seeds
1 teaspoonjeera
to tasteSalt
For mango chutney:
1 cupcoconut
4-5 piecesraw mango
Pinchasafoetida
3-4green chillies

To make carrot dosa soak rice for 3-4 hours, take all ingredients & grind it.Make dosas from this batter.

To make chutney take all ingredients & grind it.Temper it with mustard seeds oil & red chillie
