Steps

First take boiled potatoes n mash them with fork..

Now heat a pan with ghee after heating up..add ur mashed potatoes in that and stir continuously on medium flame..

Now add mashed banana also n mix it well..after changed colour little..add sugar in that n give it a good mix..

Now stir continuously untill it gets nice aroma..now add chopped amonds,chopped cashew n half tsp cardamom powder..give it a good mix..

When it's done..it will release ghee from the corners..then u can switch off the flame n take it out in a bowl..

For plating..put into a bowl after 5 mins take it out in a plate..n Serve hot..garnish with chopped almonds n cashew..it's yummy..😋😋
