Boil 3cups of water and add a cup of macaroni.

Let it cook for 10 min and allow all the water to dry off. Add salt before all the water dries.

In a separate sufuria, pour some oil and add onion and crushed garlic. Let it cook to achieve golden brown color.

Add blended tomatoes and allow it to cook for a minute.

Add macaroni and mix gently.

Add freshly squeezed Lemon juice.

Add cinnamon and coriander. Serve it hot with salad.
