To make Semolina Pan cake, take a bowl of semolina in a vessel and mix a bowl of yogurt in it. add two pinch of salt and add two pinch of baking soda in it and mix it well and keep it in the side for two to three hours.

To make dal tikki Ground the hole lentils and add avocado chutney in it. Add masala (cumin seeds, black pepper, cinnamon powder),turmeric powder and salt
In this we have mixed avocado chutney so that our tikki is soft inside. In this we have also mixed the Instant Idli mixer so that our tikki is hard from the outside. - 3
Take a nonstick pan and put it on gas on low flame. Put a little olive oil on the pan.When the non stick pan is heated, keep 1 cup of mixture of cake with the help of spoon on the middle of tawa in round shape

Cover the pan with plate.When the cake's one side is cooked well then turn it other side and cook it well. After that take it out in a plate.

Now put some olive oil in the pan and cook the dal tikki. When tikki cooked well take it out in a plate

Now cook the slices of paneer also on pan.

Put the semolina cake in a plate first.Take a spoonful of chutney and apply it on the cake thoroughly.

Now put the slices of vegetables on it.

Put tikki and apply chutney on it.

Put paneer slice on it and apply chutney on it.

Again add vegetables on it.

Apply chutney on second pan cake and cover the burger. Our yummy 😋 burger is ready. Serve it with chutney or sauce.

I have also made some semolina sticks.To make the sticks, pour the remaining pan cake mixture in the pan and make it like halva well.

Remove this halva in a plate and let it cool down.After cooling, make small sticks with the help of dry semolina and fry in the oil.
